Intermediate Provincials are in Whitby from Aug 4 - Aug 6 this year - the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday following the August long weekend.
As we will likely have a game on Tuesday morning, we have reserved a block of rooms from Aug 3 to Aug 5 (Monday night to Wednesday night) at the Whitby Marriott Residence Inn.
We have 15 Single Suite rooms reserved at a price of $149.00 plus tax per room per night for the three nights.
15 rooms was all they had available but I am sure that some of you would like to share a room or some will wish to stay elsewhere. Each room has one queen sized bed and one double pull-out sofa bed.
The 15 rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
What you need to do:
1) Get on the team rooming list
Let Kevin know if you are going to stay at this hotel so he can add your name to the team rooming list. The rooming list has to be submitted to the hotel by
June 29 so please let Kevin know before then.
2) Make your reservation
Call the hotel at 905-444-9756 and ask for Jacque (pronounced as Jackie) or Stephanie and guarantee your reservation with a credit card by
July 3. After July 3, any un-reserved rooms in the block will be released back to the hotel for re-sale. Please tell them you are with the London Blue Devils Intermediate team when making your reservation.
