Hello Peanut Team #1
Welcome to your first season of lacrosse!!
There is a lot of skills and drills to learn this year however, the most important aspect of lacrosse we would like you to teach is that lacrosse it FUN!!!
Here are a few things for this year:
Coaching starts at home with the parents and we only have the ability to coach your child for 2 hours a week at the most. Take some time in your week to sit and watch some great highlights of the NLL league players! There are some awesome hits, passes, catches and goals. Once the kids see how the "big boys" play, they will be even more motivated to work hard and try their best.
The Vulnerable Check Letter from the LMLA is available on the LMLA home page, on the right side, under LMLA Forms and Documents.
Your team colors are BLUE and RED, if you did not receive your jersey at Orientation Day, they should be available at your practice.
Lacrosse just as any sport has to be FUN. Constant praise from moms, dads and any member of the family goes a long way, kind words are free!
