Training sessions
To achieve our goals this year we will focus not only on lacrosse skills but overall physical conditioning as well.
Please note that following our on-floor practice players will have 5 min to get out of gear and then we will have a 1/2 hr training session outside. The team calendar has been updated to show this as well.
