June Prep
Great 1st quarter of the season.
We have played a lot of lacrosse in a short period and I am very happy with our progress.
The rest of this month we will focus on improving fundamentals and strength conditioning.
Starting Wednesday practices will be 1.5 hr. First hour will focus on stick skills, half hour outside for conditioning.
We a have a great group and with some hard work we can have a strong showing in July and August.
