Covid-19 Impact on Spring Club Field Lacrosse
Submitted By Greig Barker on Monday, March 23, 2020
To all LMLA Spring Field Lacrosse families, It is with deep regret that we are announcing the cancellation of our 2020 Spring Field lacrosse season. (this is not associated with OMFLL)

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, issues with health, international travel and gatherings have forced our hand on this matter.

A few things of importance to note:

Registration Fees: All registration fees will be refunded within 14-21 days.

Hotels: We have confirmed that hotel rooms can be cancelled without penalty. The most efficient process for this is to refer to the confirmation email that you received at the time of booking. There is a link allowing you to access your account. You can then cancel through the website at that point. If you are not comfortable with this process, you can call the reservation company (PSE), please do not call the hotel directly, they will not be able to help you.
You may need to contact the PSE people directly to get the deposit refund...just explain the travel issues coming from Canada...you can do so very easily through the chat window on the site

Helmets: If you ordered a Field Lacrosse helmet, you will be refunded the payment as well, within 14-21 days.

*please note...Once the health climate/environment changes  LMLA will look into other tournaments and/or leagues to participate in. Also, we may have a local league of field lacrosse on a condensed schedule. If either of these options are viable we will be contacting all parents and posting on social media.
