London Lacrosse Academy with Nationwide

Nationwide Lacrosse will once again be holding the London Lacrosse Academy at Silverwoods Arena!!! 
Shawn and Turner Evans of the Rochester Knighthawks will be running each session with the following aspects:
Stickwork    
Lacrosse IQ
Footwork      
Offensive Awareness
Positioning    
Defensive Awareness
Transition

Space is limited to 20 participants in each session, so register early!

  Paperweight 2015/2016  4:00-5:30pm
             Tyke 2013/2014  4:00-5:30pm
           Novice 2011/2012 4:00-5:30pm
    Peewee 2009/2010  5:30-7pm
     Bantam 2007/2008 5:30-7pm
      Midget 2005/2006  5:30-7pm

Cost:
$225 for all 4 sessions (no one offs)Space is limited to 20 participants in each session, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. If a registration is performed without payment it will not be included in the participant count and you could lose your spot.

City of London Return to Play Guidelines – Farquharson Arena

  • Pad surface will allow up to 15 participants with additional instructors/coaches/officials. If dividing the pad in half then 12 are permitted on each side as long as the groups are separated by 3 meters.

  • Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time. All participants will follow check in procedures while maintaining social distancing. You cannot arrive after your scheduled time has started. You will be turned away.

  • Masks are now mandatory inside enclosed public spaces including public washrooms.  Masks are to be worn at all times within the facility including the dressing rooms. Masks can be removed immediately before entering the pad and need to be put back on immediately after leaving the pad. 

  • Follow directional arrows and signage while in the Facility. 

  • All players must exit the building within 15 minutes after getting off the pad. Do not socialize in the parking lot upon leaving the facility. 

  • Player benches are available but players must socially distance when on the bench. 

  • No prolonged or deliberate physical contact between players.

  • Spectators are not permitted.

  • Individual players are permitted to join a league of 50 players and continue to play ONLY the players within this league as per the provincial order.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. 

  • Dressing rooms will be available. Groups will be socially distanced with a maximum  players per dressing room. Showers will not be available. Additional areas to get ready will be provided outside the dressing rooms.

  • Participants must remain in the dressing room until your scheduled time. Once the previous group has left the pad and is in the dressing room the next group may leave the dressing room and enter the pad.

  • Absolutely no spitting anywhere in the facility.

  • Participants shall limit all physical contact. There shall be no handshakes or high fives. 

  • It is the permit holder’s responsibility to inform all participants of the information contained in this document.

  • If you are feeling unwell STAY HOME.

  • If you start to experience symptoms of COVID-19, go home and self-isolate immediately, and contact your local health unit.

  • Maintain physical distancing of at least 2 meters / 6 feet at all times including while in dressing rooms and player benches.   

Any revisions to this plan will be communicated as changes are developed.
