Hi everyone, my name is Mike Vilon and I will be your coach for this upcoming lacrosse season. This is Novice (born 2005 and 2006) House League and we are Team #2 - Blue. Our practices start this week on Tuesday April 21st and Thursday April 23rd both at 7pm at Stronach Arena. Please make sure all players are fully equipped complete with mouth guard.
During the first couple of weeks we will be introducing the game to any newcomers and refreshing skills for our returning players. Also, we will be balancing teams to make sure that all players involved have a fun and successful year.
