***Reminder to please give me your medical forms ASAP. ***As I mentioned in the change room, I need to know about past/current injuries, medications, medical conditions such as asthma, concussion etc... I am bound by confidentiality so anything you disclose on your medical forms is kept private and will only be used if necessary for emergency medical treatment. 

Jersey Deposit LMLA has decided this year to implement a $50 per jersey deposit. Parents must write a cheque, bank draft, or an approved way of leaving a deposit to LMLA and post date it till September 30th, 2016. This money is just a DEPOSIT and will not be cashed by LMLA unless jersey is not returned by this date.

Practices will be Monday's and Wednesdays from 8:30 - 10:00 pm (try to be there by 8:15).  8:30 - 9:00 will be conditioning and stretching outside If you will be late or cannot make it, please fb or text Rain 519-857-7007 $100 cash & $50.00 cheque (dated September 30th) are now due - please see Karie
