Try-outs 2016!
The
information is an outline of the tryout process and a brief season
plan.
The scheduled dates and times of the remaining tryouts for this team are:
Thu, Mar 31 - 8:00 PM-9:00 PM
Sat, Apr 02 - 9:00 PM-10:00 PM
Thu, Apr 07 - 8:00 PM-9:00 PM
Practices will be Mondays and Wednesday s from 8:30 – 10:00 (for the most part) starting the week of April 11th (subject to change).
The cost to play will be $100.00 per player to cover tournaments, first aid supplies, etc. & team resources The costs noted above may be reduced accordingly with respect to any sponsorships or fund raising the team may receive or engage in. We will be looking for a cheque for $100.00 at the first practice.
The tentative box lacrosse tournament schedule is:
May 27-29 in Centre Wellington
June 25-26 in Whitby
Girls Provincials – Whitby – August 2th – 4th
The Girls Intermediate schedule will consist of a zone game and two practices per week, with 2 tournaments and provincials, so we are looking at hitting the floor 2-3 times per week. If you are unprepared, or unwilling to commit fully to the program as outlined, please come and speak with me directly.
