Hello everyone, Just a short reminder to have your kids at the arena 1 hour before game time. This will ensure time for an adequate warm-up, gives the kids time to put their equipment on and a pre-game speech. All players must have proper lacrosse equipment and mouth guards. I would also recommend an extra pair of shoes specific for lacrosse. Shoes worn to the pad from outside typically have dirt on them and in weather conditions such as today, are often wet and can create a possible slip hazard on the floor. See you at Kinsmen! Coach Dave
